Personal favourite : Solar powered icecream truck

What could be better than walking down the streets of Lagos one day, in the hot sun, when an icelolly/zobo/kunu/fanyogo truck saunters by and parks “in your very before”. You stop, thank God for answering your prayer and step forward to buy some. All of a sudden, a pair of rooftop solar panels begin to unfold slowly, as the driver (or conductor) starts to set up shop.

Well, this was reality in the US, only that instead of selling zobo they were educating people about the importance and capabilities of solar energy.

Closer look at the van

Cool design, isn’t it? You can also check out a video of the van in action on Paper.liP
