Tall socket periodically carries out product testing exercises, in order to ascertain, through user feedback what products are most effective within the market. We derive satisfaction in understanding our customer needs, and also knowing what products are most compatible with our Nigerian sun, and tough conditions. Thus we like to put our products through the test – pass them from place to place, office to office, house to house and see which ones last and keep doing the jobs they are designed for.
Our product testing typically lasts for a week each time – Tallsocket entrusts one of our products to a product tester, who has access to a potential market. The tester demonstrates the product to his colleagues – usually by charging the devices in the sun and charging up customers devices in exchange for feedback (which can be Facebooked, e-mailed or tweeted).
